As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

• Own and lead the entire recruitment cycle, from defining the job description with the hiring manager, through CV screening, sourcing, managing the candidate pipeline, conducting behavioral interview, and presenting job offers
• Work closely with the hiring manager to align the hiring decisions with the company’s business needs and culture
• Be a thought-partner for managers and executives on talent acquisition and retention
• Build and design the recruitment infrastructure (e.g., Referral Program)
• Source passive talents through referrals, networking and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn, community forums, Facebook, etc.

If you have:

• At least 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition partner from a global hi-tech company, and leading the hiring process end-to-end - Must
• Experience in leading recruiting process for technology positions - Must
• Passion for people and recruitment
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills
• Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work well in a very dynamic environment
