Talent Acquisition Specialist

A global company in the field of natural resource engineering is looking for a Recruiter – your opportunity to get specialized in a large organization and influence large scale engineering projects!

This is a temporary position for six months (maternity leave replacement) – with a possibility for extension!

Location: Kadima (non-hybrid, on-site only)

The role includes:

• Managing E2E recruitment processes for HQ and engineering roles – characterization of the profiles, in-depth interviews, writing professional evaluations and supporting senior managers through decision-making.
• Performing professional sourcing, primarily utilizing LinkedIn, along with other social media platforms.
• Initiating and participating in proactive recruitment activities – staying up to date with market trends, promoting diverse hiring, analyzing recruitment patterns, enhancing the candidate experience, and more.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – a must
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes – a must
• High level of English – a must
• Availability for full-time position in Kadima + overtime if needed
• High commitment, thoroughness, proactivity, assertiveness, excellent interpersonal skills, passion for recruitment and assessment, and a strong sense of purpose in shaping the organizational DNA
