Senior Product Manager

One of my clients - a start-up company in the digital health industry is looking to hire a senior product manager.

The company revolutionizing healthcare by smartly integrating AI and behavioral science to help patients manage their chronic conditions. The key to its success is its unique Just-in-Time-Adaptive-Intervention (JITAI) technology, which delivers personalized health recommendations in real-time, greatly enhancing clinical results and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle, from conception, strategy, and development, to launch and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Use a deep understanding of the digital health landscape to anticipate market trends and position our products competitively.
• Define product roadmaps and set both short-term and long-term product goals.
• Oversee user research and feedback to ensure our products meet and exceed user expectations.
• Engage in both inbound and outbound product management activities.
• Make data-driven decisions to guide product development, ensuring high user engagement and satisfaction.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, effectively communicating their needs and how our products can meet them.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in mobile products.
• Proven track record of managing B2C / B2B2C products and a deep understanding of consumer needs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Digital health or related fields is highly desirable.
• A requirement for a history of effective product management roles specifically within the mobile product sphere.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in the field of Digital Health will be considered a significant advantage.
