As Product Ops Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Reporting directly to the Product Operations Lead and collaborating closely with Product leadership across various functions (Product Management, Design, Data, as well as interfacing with GTM groups). This role will ensure the smooth operation and provision of necessary resources for our teams as we expand both in team size and internationally
• Lead the product knowledgebase project, including tracking new features are being documented, periodic updates to articles and increase cross company adoption and usage
• Gather customers’ feedback through NPS surveys, customers interviews, and feature requests to encourage data driven decisions in the product team
• Streamline the new feature communication process, including announcements to internal teams and to users through the Tipalti product
• Supervising external outsourcing partners, overseeing their daily tasks, timelines and guiding them in tasks such as feature announcement creation (Pendo) and customer feedback collection
• Plan and monitor the implementation of AI in daily tasks, as well as the automation of existing processes within the product team, to enhance overall efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in product operations, product management, project management, or data-driven customer success
• B2B company experience: scaling an organization through significant growth
• In-depth understanding of GTM processes and collaboration between customer-facing teams and the product team
• Experience in leading projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and presented content, mainly in English
• Ability to work independently as well as in a rapidly growing and changing team environment.
• Must be dynamic, innovative, and possess creative problem-solving skills
• Must be data-focused, efficiency-driven, and customer-centric.
• An initiator and a pusher. Has the urge and ability to make things happen and to solve practical problems in a dynamic environment.
