Job Description
- Lead analysis and design for our customer production environment solution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors.
- Responsible for the customer solution and lead the triage meetings to provide analysis, appropriate solutions and consultation per our customer business needs.
- Become an expert in the Sapiens’ software application/s and use the core system functionalities to support customer’s business process and requirements.
- Work closely with Client, Project Management, Development, and Testing teams to ensure a high-quality implementation of the defined solutions.
- Collaborate with service and operations to establish and maintain flawless day-to-day business operations.
- At least 3 years of Business Analysis experience – Must.
- At least 3 years of customer facing experience – Must.
- Experience working in a Life and Pensions Insurance market - High Advantage.
- A related bachelor's degree (Information technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems), and/or related certification – Must.
- Experience as a Functional Business System Analyst including requirement and solution definition.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- High proficiency with SQL and database management (RDBMS is MUST, others are advantage).
- Knowledge and experience working at Agile environment & methodology; familiarity with support working tools (e.g. Jira).
- Experience in full project lifecycle having been involved in system implementation or enhancement projects.
- Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications.
- Background of programming languages (mainly Web Services) – Advantage.
- Knowledge in xml standards and conventions – Advantage.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with remote working, VC and screen share tools (e.g. Teams / Skype / WebEx).
- Good understanding of enterprise software solution packages.
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
