Position Type: Full-time — Maternity Leave Replacement

Location: Central Israel

Role Overview:

Analyze business needs and define system and process requirements
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
Define KPIs and support the creation of basic BI reports and dashboards
Perform light data analysis in Excel and assist with operational workflows

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills
High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
