Manufacturing Department Manager with expertise in UCV assemblies to join our team and drive the production process to achieve the highest quality products and on-time delivery to our customers.

In this role you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining production targets, tracking KPIs, and maintaining consistent quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the UCV assembly manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
• Develop and implement production strategies to meet capacity and quality objectives.
• Develop and manage a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff to achieve production goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as engineering, purchasing, quality control, and sales to ensure successful product development programs.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees and provide ongoing training for existing employees.
• Monitor and track the department's performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering/ Mechanical engineering or any other related field.
• At least 3 years proven experience in production lines management.
• Hebrew speaking & reading, Russian speaking is advantage.
• Assembly line management experience – technology understanding
• Clean room working environments experience – advantage.
• Computer skills (Office, ERP- SAP), CAD/CAM software is advantage.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a large team of employees.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of reading of technical drawing.
• Excellent knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
