About The Role:

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to assume a pivotal role in fostering our company's growth and maintaining our distinctive culture.

In this capacity, your responsibilities will encompass:

· Forge strategic alliances with business leaders and employees to steer our expansion.

· Concentrate on the comprehensive employee lifecycle, from onboarding to career development, while executing cross-organizational HR processes.

· Lend support to employees throughout their journey, including onboarding, offboarding, and key life events.

· Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions.

· Support and execute performance management, talent advisory, leadership assessment, and workforce planning processes according to HR strategy.

· Cultivate a stimulating and gratifying workplace to boost employee retention and satisfaction.

· Establish and support new company branches in EMEA.

· Manage and promote recruitment for various positions in the existing and new company branches.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3 years of experience in HRBP roles within a fast-paced environment – a Must

· Experience in establishing EMEA sites from scratch - a Must

· High level of English - a Must

· Demonstrated expertise in overseeing HR processes from initiation to completion, encompassing onboarding, performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent retention.

· A collaborative spirit, team-oriented approach, and a talent for active listening.

· Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, accompanied by a can-do attitude and the ability to draw insights and trends from data to drive informed action.

· Strong consulting, coaching, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
