vcita is looking for its next Product Manager, ready to impact the lives of over 100K small business owners across the globe. In your day-to-day, you'll spend lots of time bouncing ideas off colleagues, troubleshooting, collecting feedback, and inspiring us to deliver the best business management tool out there to our clients and partners.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

• You'll be joining one of vcita’s top product groups, conducting payment and scheduling products, to lead one of its squads
• Gather all feature requirements coming from customers, partners, company vision and technology gaps to build your product area roadmap
• Collaborate with our Product UX, Development and Data teams to plan, design and implement new features in an Agile work environment
• Gain valuable insights into our clients' day-to-day & offer innovative solutions that will help them flourish
• Create simple & easy to understand UX, and transform rough mocks into beautiful features
• Use data as a base for product decisions, gaining insights and achieving business goals
• Brainstorm with our Marketing, Partners, Sales and CS teams to define the go-to-market strategy & messaging
  
  

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a PM, preferably of B2C or B2B2C products
• You have a good eye for design, a passion for designing frictionless user experience
• You are a fast learner, work well independently while thriving in cross-functional team environments
• You are great at making decisions, setting priorities and adapting to change
• You communicate well, motivated to engage team members at multiple levels, from high-level strategy to tactical execution
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills
• SaaS experience
• Technical background - an advantage
