About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for a multinational leading company. This position is perfect for someone with experience in technical customer service support. Our client is dedicated to providing outstanding technical customer service and exceeding its customers needs, and we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the growing team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Location and commitments:

• Permanent Full-time role based in central Israel (5 days a week)

Candidate requirements:

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent customer support and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A passion for technology and a strong desire to pursue a career in IT support.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with robotics or electronics is a plus.
