R&D Manager

The company is an AI-focused startup developing a SaaS platform for IT systems management using AI and process exploration. It's pioneering the first hyper-automation platform utilizing AI to route tasks to suitable teams and individuals, considering their capabilities and workload. With the company's platform, it's possible to expedite all types of queries, even the most complex ones, in real-time, directing them to the most appropriate agent for resolution.

The core responsibility involves managing the company's technological department reporting to the Co-Founder, directly overseeing 8 employees (development, DevOps, Data Science, and BI). The company's tech stack comprises Python, React, a GCP environment with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and K8s.

On the managerial front, it involves providing technological leadership and authority within the company, without hands-on involvement in code writing. Focusing on building proper processes, integrating outbound work with the company's clients, interpreting business requirements into structured features, participating in management meetings, and holding strategic influence in the company's management layer.

Based in Tel Aviv, the team follows a hybrid model, working three days a week from home. The company counts around 20 employees, approximately 8 in development.

Requirements

• 5 years of development experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Backend development expertise.
