About the Project:

KPMG is undergoing a Global Operations Transformation, and SAP was chosen as the globally recommended standard. The objective is to develop a single global blueprint solution based on the S/4HANA Public Cloud Professional Services Industry Solution and align to the Global Strategy 3.0 to standardize and reduce operational complexity.

With this programme, KPMG has a unique opportunity to adopt a cloud mindset and create streamlined core business processes which are consistent with good practice across the Member Firms and Clusters, while delivering business benefits and supporting market growth. Whilst size and complexity of the firms will affect the scope and deployment approach, and local regulations will call for configuration differences, the main objective remains to minimize customizations and align to the Global Strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Delivery Management Workstream as part of the global operations SAP transformation project
• Run workshops and gather requirements from the Business
• Provide functional expertise to clients for the elements owned during the implementation
• Develop, Build and Test the global template for Delivery Management
• Create detailed plan with sequencing of packages
• Ensure that Project Deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Monitor delivery and tasks and report on progress in project governance
• Part of the CoE Team, providing advice and support for Regional Deployments on the Global Template
• Manage a Team of SAP Financial Functional Consultants and Business Analysts, fostering a productive team environment to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Collaborate with Cross functional teams and tracks in the Project
  
  

• Experience in leading design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Lead to Cash modules – mandatory
• Experience of cloud-based technologies – mandatory
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification for Professional Services and hands-on experience – mandatory
• Familiarity SAP Activate Project Management methodology – advantage
• Knowledge in IT capabilities, methodologies, and technologies – particularly Agile
• Strong Project and Team management skills
• Strong presentation skills of solution position papers and points of view; ability positively influence client and internal stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
