vcita is seeking our next Talent Acquisition Manager who will successfully help our team grow with talented new hires! Our ideal candidate is an organized and strategic thinker who has the ability to manage the entire recruitment and hiring process for various positions within the company.
This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position. It offers an opportunity to step into a challenging role for a defined period. There is also a potential option to transition into a permanent role within the company following the maternity leave period, based on performance and organizational needs.

Areas we’ll trust you with::
- Ensure the best candidate experience that is consistent with our company culture.
- Conduct the full life cycle of the hiring process: sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to strategically build talent pipeline and hiring processes using industry best practices
- Evaluate and translate data to provide actual and predictive analysis of recruitment successes and challenges
- Look for trends and share ideas with team members to help us create a learning environment where we all grow our recruiting skills
- 3-4 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a startup / high-growth tech company.
- Sourcing experience for high tech roles including technological roles
- Open minded, out of the box thinker, creative with a “can-do” attitude
- Superb written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
- Great team player and self-starter who is highly motivated and collaborates well with stakeholders at all levels
- A strong background in Diversity Equity and Inclusion Recruiting strategies and a passion for creating an inclusive working environment.
- Curiosity to learn what makes a candidate excited about their next move and the insight to know if vcita is right for someone
