💼 The Role:
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our most important asset our people. You’ll take the lead in recruiting top-tier talent, partnering with hiring managers, and driving a seamless, data-informed recruitment process.
From sourcing future leaders to optimizing candidate experiences, you’ll be at the heart of our scale-up journey building the teams that will shape HAAT’s next chapter.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs and recruitment strategies that evolve with our growth.
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
- Build and nurture pipelines for high-demand roles, ensuring HAAT can scale at speed.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities to connect with exceptional candidates.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects HAAT’s values and energy.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire, conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Actively support employer branding efforts through events, social media, and community engagement.
- Stay on top of talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas that keep us competitive and forward-thinking.
🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates using creative approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you build relationships fast.
- Strong organizational chops: you can juggle multiple hiring processes without dropping the ball.
- Data-savvy mindset: you know how to measure success and optimize with insights.
- Team player attitude with a drive to collaborate, improve, and win together.
- Passion for talent, scale-ups, and making things better every day.
