We are a fintech company, providing software solutions for Capital Markets clients globally.
We are looking for our new Application Support Manager. Our support team (6-7) provides applicative support and troubleshooting.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District.
Responsibilities
Responsible for team management, team training and knowledge base, review and analyze customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience managing a team of application support engineers.
- Application Support and Technical Support skills.
- Service oriented; Good human relations and teamwork.
- Fluent English speaking.
- Ability to write procedures and train employees.
- Experience working with databases and SQL is a plus
- Knowledge with capital markets is a plus.
