Business Development Director

Purpose: To lead the Business Development activity of a global industrial company , Commercial Excellence and Emerging Markets

activities, strategy, values, and KPI targets.

Reporting to: CEO , part of the Global Management Team

Accountabilities

 Lead by example Global Business Development, Commercial Excellence and

Emerging Markets.

 Implement Business strategy and drive commercial growth.

 Develop and execute Business Development Plans.

 Lead Global Commercial Excellence:

a. Commercial Strategy

b. Pricing Excellence

c. Commercial Processes and Tools

d. Performance Management

 Manage directly Business in emerging markets, including distributors and

subsidiaries, including P&L.

 Initiate new business initiatives and drive long term growth.

 Manage global Marketing strategy, including product marketing, plans and execution process.

Requirements

 Education in the fields of Business/Economics. MBA - an advantage.

 Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the accountabilities of this position from

a global industrial company - mandatory.

 Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, commercial and business management

positions.

 Experience in P&L management.

 Excellent commercial skills.

 Experience in business planning and execution.

 Entrepreneurial Spirit.

 Excellent negotiation skills.

 Willingness to travel as required

Location- South, Israel
