Role Description

You will be responsible for design and implementation of FPGA capabilities in the cutting edge electronic warfare systems. This position involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to develop FPGA solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the end-product. This role allows for some flexibility to work remotely. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our vital defense capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the full lifecycle of FPGA development, from planning and RTL coding to testing and deployment.

2. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to ensure our FPGA solutions align with the stringent requirements of our high-performance end products.

3. Adapt to evolving project needs, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in FPGA development - Intel or AMD.

3. Proficiency in advanced DSP algorithms and interface protocols and Logic Design.

4. Proficiency in VHDL / Verilog.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative environment.

6. Experience with MATLAB environment, TCL and Python languages

7. Background or prior experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems is advantageous

8. Excellent analytics problem-solving skills
