Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Director for a temporary position to lead our amazing team. This is a true generalist role where you'll be contributing to the development of our culture in line with our values, partnering with and supporting our employees, managers, and senior executives. The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to, operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, employee experience, personal development, performance management, pay and benefits, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead the re-build of managerial processes and business processes
- Lead a team of Senior People and talent Directors and their operational teams to drive an integrated employee experience that promotes engagement
- Responsibility and management of operation, welfare, learning, development, and recruitment teams
- Serve as a strategic partner for senior management, providing expert guidance on all people-related activities
- Lead a team of Senior People & Talent Directors and their operational teams, as well as the regional administration teams, to drive an integrated employee experience that promotes engagement.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for managers and senior executives, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
- Take responsibility for budget management related to HR, including salary increases, salary benchmarking, and financial aspects of organizational changes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Has the ability to engage, reflect, and advise leaders and seniors, participate actively, and at the same time step back to absorb the big picture
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers and senior executives
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal compliance, ensuring all HR activities are in line with regulations
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role, with a strong focus on managing HR, operations, welfare, and senior executives in the ad tech industry -MUST!
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- MUST!
- Proven track record as a strategic HR partner, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Has passion and a strong understanding of people programs, change leadership, consulting, and talent strategy
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks.
- A proactive, client-service mentality with an approachable and collaborative style
- Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple disciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
