This highly capable group of individuals are instrumental in the deal process, from ideation through to strategy brainstorming and execution. Our working model is unique, as finance form part of the core valued team of any deal, whether existing or new customer, being personally involved in the negotiation, legal closure and customer relationship. On many occasions, these talents have grown and progressed within the company both in significant finance and business roles.
What will your job look like?
- You will be the finance partner and trusted advisor for the regional business leader.
- You will have a pivotal role in commercial negotiations with customers.
- You will be the financial focal point for all deal cycles, from deal initiation to final contract, including financial models (P&L, cash flow, tax, hedging, etc.), contract negotiation and customer facing issues.
- You will be responsible for all ongoing financial analysis and planning of the region and existing business operations, including monthly and quarterly close, and AOP.
- You will coach and mentor the business financial analyst of the region.
- You will participate in cross finance and/or unique ad-hoc projects in the division (financial models, cost reduction initiatives, etc.)
- Passion for financials, communication, teamwork, personal growth, and constant improvement mindset.
- Aspiration to explore the crossroads between business and finance.
- A creative and flexible mindset with a “can do” attitude.
- To value the strength of building long-lasting relationships
- To be a genuine people person.
- Independence to lead processes end to end.
- Ability to work and perform under pressure.
- B.A. in Business Management/Economics/Accounting.
- Certified CPA – advantage.
- 7 or more years’ experience in financial positions.
- Proven capabilities in complex financial analysis and models
- High level of Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
