Finance Business Partner

In This Role You Will

Serve as the Finance business partner to support Business units:

• Serve as the business partner for multiple technologies leaders.
• Responsible for budget management and analysis throughout the AOP, quarterly forecasts and actuals.
• Take an active role in strategic and road map processes including building 5-years models, to support financial planning and strategic decisions making.
• Participate in the Product Life Cycle process implementing business plans for new/ existing products, analyze and evaluate projects (including ROI and go/no go analysis) and support financial issues within the process.
• Participate in financial improvement plans to meet quarterly/annual objectives.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting, a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with significant experience gained from complex modeling, working with large and complex data, creating significant insights and tools to support decision making.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Hard working, self-motivated and independent
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with many functions from a wide range of business departments and senior managers.
• Excellent English, able to present and lead discussions in English in a global environment
