The Position
Novo Nordisk Israel is looking for a Field Market Access. In this role, you will be managing NN IL relationship with the middle managements / districts of the HMO’s, by building trusted relationships, and ensuring the best access to the Novo Nordisk Israel portfolio for all customers.
As part of this role, you will proactively execute the Market Access and Public Affairs Plan according to the overall affiliate business plan and strategy in Israel.
Your main accountabilities will be:
- Develop and sustain relationships with district managements
- Develop and monitor intelligence on the market access landscape in the affiliate with respect to Novo Nordisk and competition access, healthcare system changes at the national and in the district level
- Execute the Affiliate Market Access and Public Affairs Plan based on local needs and strategy aligned with Affiliate ambition.
- Execute strategic Market Access frameworks such as payer engagement and objection handling in collaboration with Business Units and Brand-teams within NN Israel
- Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor of Sciences (preferably within a quantitative/management discipline)
- MBA – an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in the Israeli pharma industry
- Previous experience working as KAM (key account manager) in a pharma company
- Experience in building relationships or networks with health care decision makers within HMO’s districts
- Experience of delivering business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ability to work within a cross functional team
