Position: Integration and Support Engineer

We're looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Integration and Support Engineer. In this role, you'll play a vital part in assisting our customers by ensuring the flawless integration and peak performance of our products within their distinct software and hardware environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, adeptly resolving software issues both remotely and on-site.

Seamlessly integrate our products into customers' software and hardware frameworks.

Conduct software installations and run acceptance tests on hardware prior to customer shipment.

Supervise the installation of hardware integrated with our software in customer vehicles for successful global projects.

Confirm system performance aligns with predefined specifications, rapidly communicating any anomalies to pertinent teams.

Continuously refine integration and troubleshooting guidebooks, incorporating insights gained from project experiences.

Requirements:

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree; advantageous: BS.c/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

3+ years of experience in customer support and/or implementation roles.

Proven dedication to customer satisfaction: a knack for comprehending customer needs and providing effective solutions.

Strong grasp of networking concepts.

Familiarity with Linux-based network devices and interfaces.

Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Bonus: Proficiency in troubleshooting and modifying low-voltage electronic components.

Extra Credit: Familiarity with vehicle communication systems and protocols (e.g., CAN/CANopen).

Openness to international travel for on-site deployments and customer support.
