Overview
TeraGen seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to serve as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong connections with our customer base, securing long-term partnerships, promoting the adoption of our tools, obtaining referrals, identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships to broaden our clientele and for implementing revenue-generating strategies within the company.

What we are looking for
- Managing the company's customers (including name brands).
- Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities by managing customer’s account status and ensuring they purchase the most beneficial products and services for their business needs and financial goals.
- Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, striving for high retention.
- Analyzing customer usage data using self developed tools for improving customer performance and ensuring their success.
- Understanding client requirements then educating and advising them accordingly for best platform usage practices.
- Serve as TeraGen person of contact in front of our clients and other teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date know-how in the fields of ASO, marketing related technologies and industry news.
What is expected of you
- 3+ years of experience in revenue-generating and customer-facing executive positions for SaaS companies.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales management.
- Technical selling capabilities.
- Experience in working with organizations: maintaining connections with managers and C level employees.
- Ambitioned, passionate high achiever with strong drive and hunger for sales.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
- A true hunter with a curious mind, problem-solving, resourceful, well-organized, team player and critical thinker.
- Fluent professional English - writing and speaking.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Outgoing, positive and energetic personality.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills.
