About the role:

Veriti is looking for an excellent product manager to join the product team and take part in developing the industry’s next generation of Cybersecurity technology and products.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek a strong and technical Product Manager to join Veriti’s Product team to lead the requirements and content releases for our Security Controls Optimization product.

The right person has high levels of customer obsession, a strong demonstrated ability to build repeatable and scalable processes, and is an independent operator skilled in working cross-teams to deliver on behalf of customers

Responsibilities:

Define, evangelize, and maintain Veriti’s Security Controls Optimization offering
Write requirements documents defining key features, and user flows
Manage the release processes associated with the product and features
Develop, manage,and communicate the product requirements and roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
Coordinate documentation and go-to-market efforts in collaboration with the documentation, sales, and marketing teams
Engage cross-functionally with customers, partners, product groups, sales engineering, and solution architects to collect requirements
Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers, prospects, and others
Analyze usage trends and financial metrics associated with the product and features and make data-driven decisions based on the analysis
Build strong trust relationships with other product groups, partners, and customers
Understand the capabilities of top competitors and how we can differentiate

To be successful in this role:

At least three years in product management roles, in either cyber security or related industries such as networking or IT/Cloud infrastructure
Deep experience with a variety of security products and technologies
An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals with strategic impact and short-term objectives
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
Strong technical background in software architecture and enterprise software products
Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
Understanding and experience implementing products using Agile methodologies
Experience in supporting Pre-Sales activities and customer accounts/engagements
Computer Science or Engineering degree and/or work experience as a software developer and team/project leader

Required Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
Ability to execute complex projects in a large organization
Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
