Palma Media is a media buying team focused on performance marketing, Specializing in strategic media buying and leveraging technology to boost performance and efficiency. Our media buying team excels in delivering tailored advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients worldwide

We're looking for a Media Buyer to join our team that will:

• Managing paid campaigns on Social and/or Native platforms.
• Planning and executing high-performing campaigns that bring marketing strategies to life.
• Analyzing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimize, refine, and scale growth.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with large sets of data and numbers.
• A proactive, hands-on mentality, coupled with adaptability, a growth mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and an open mind, with a passion for independent learning.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing significant PPC Budgets.
• Hands on experience with managing campaigns with at least ONE of major platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Taboola, Outbrain, Yahoo or other) - MUST.
• High English Level - Writing/Reading - MUST.
• Experience with Performance based marketing - Advantage.
• Graduate of PPC/Marketing course - Advantage.
