Enterprise Solution Architect (Generative AI)

Created in 2021, Fairgen is pioneering the creation of generative AI solutions for the market research industry. Founded by a team of data scientists, mathematicians, and engineers, its mission is to accelerate time-to-insights for consumer & market research professionals via a suite of deep machine-learning models capable of augmenting complex datasets and automating analysis.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Enterprise Solution Architect, proficient in both French and English, who will join our recently formed go-to-market team and lead all technical sales processes. You will arrive at an early-stage startup and will support the creation of a framework that will serve as the base for our next stages of growth.

All of this while working with cutting-edge generative AI and machine-learning technology.

What You’ll Do

• Drive pre-sales technical discovery with prospects, including planning and managing product demos and proof of concept processes with large enterprise accounts
• Conduct customer onboarding and training sessions. Drive weekly meetings and quarterly business reviews in partnership with Account Executive
• Provide excellent customer support including high availability and improving customer experience
• Develop solid recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents
• Confidently present and evangelize Fairgen’s AI technology to both technical and business stakeholders
• Plan, write, and maintain technical documents, such as POC guides, onboarding materials, and tutorials
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple accounts and opportunities in parallel

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in French and English - mandatory
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS, supporting business leaders and technical champions, both pre and post-sales
• Proven track record of learning new deep technologies with strong ability to handle technical objections.
• Moderate coding skills (ability to manipulate and write Python is preferred)
• Some travel may be required (client meetings, trade shows, etc.)
• Extra points for previous experience with Generative AI, deep machine learning models
