Mechanical engineer - Kiryat Gat

Job Description

This position is in Corporate Services (CS) organization in Intel Kiryat Gat.

Corporate Services’ scope is vast and includes operating and maintaining the

facilities on site, supporting relevant technical & engineering aspects required to allow 24/7 production at Intel Kiryat Gat.

In this role, you will be responsible for HVAC systems such as clean room

parameters, MAHs, RAHs, FFUs, chillers, boilers, towers, pumps, fire protection system, exhausts, cooling water process, vacuum pumps and others.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide facilities engineering leadership to the site organizations in support of Safety, Reliability, Quality, Environmental and Cost objectives.
• Ensure systems operate reliably to avoid impacts to production/facility.
• Effective collaboration with construction and operations teams to coordinate field work.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for achievement the lowest cost of ownership for key stakeholders while maintaining reliability.
• Troubleshooting; statistical verification of system performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical system engineering, design, sustain, etc.
• Good Team work and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English
• Ability to work on diverse tasks under pressure.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
