Tweed is a blockchain infrastructure provider that allows platforms to expose their users to the amazing world of web3.
We develop a self-custodial key management, a white label wallet and a payment products layer for platforms who are looking to incorporate web3 elements into their product.
Our clients are very diverse from web3 games, ticketing platforms, financial providers, galleries and museums - our SDK is a one stop shop for everyone who's interested in web3.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role - open to remote or hybrid work.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
You will report directly to Tweed’s CEO and be responsible for:
- Sourcing new target customers for Tweed and consistently maintaining a pipeline of such targets
- Facilitate and fosters connections with new and existing prospects at target customers including networking, conference attendance, and targeted outreach
- Developing leads through strategic cold outbound prospecting including utilizing email, cold call, linkedin
- Bolstering Tweed’s brand and presence in the Web3 ecosystem, with specific focus on GameFi, NFTs, DeFi, E-Commerce and Loyalty, Ticketing and other consumer facing Web3 applications
- In conjunction with CEO and/or COO, conceiving and structuring commercial partnerships
- Originating new, creative ideas to grow our business and new areas to expand into
- Researching, staying current on and developing insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and Tweed’s positioning within the space
- Utilize company CRM database to document prospective client behavior and feedback
Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of experience working in a sales and/or business development
- Highly sociable, outgoing personality that can represent Tweed well externally
- Go-getter mentality and self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and maintain multiple client requests
- English - Fluent
An Advantage-
- Experience selling a deeply technical product with a steep learning curve
- Experience in or a strong understanding of blockchain and Web3 technology
- Experience with Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
