Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning based demand-side platform (DSP) for mobile marketing, with representations in Europe, China, Japan, the USA, South Korea, and headquarters in Rehovot.

We work with some of the best apps in the world in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals. We support their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts by providing data-driven insights from our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have 70 data points.

We seek a junior business development manager for the European market to join our global team.

You will:

• Explore and initiate new opportunities with prospects in Europe
• Create long-term partnerships and upsell
• Be a key player in expanding the Persona.ly brand.
• Become a programmatic ML advocate
• Represent the company at commercial events and business meetings,

which require traveling a few times a year.

We are looking for:

• Very analytical approach, ability to learn fast a complex ML-based product- must
• Experience in sales/business development/ business analytics- huge advantage
• Familiarity or work experience with Western European countries - a big advantage
• Strong sales capabilities - clear communication, result-oriented, personalization awareness, negotiation skills.
• Very high level of proficiency in English- must! (Native-level English skills- a plus)
