We are seeking for an experienced HRBP, Senior Manager for the global Foil Division located in Holon:

The HRBP role is to Focus on strategic business challenges and provide support to business leaders. Strategic HRBPs deliver meaningful insights to business leaders as well as advocate and champion the organizational values, culture, and HR service delivery model within the business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• leveraging workforce insights to provide input to workforce strategy development
• Provide HR policy guidance and promote cultural values
• Identifying and consulting on successors for key positions
• Building leadership capability
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business management, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
• At least 7-10 years of experience in the HR field in a global company
• At least 1 role as an HR Manager & 1 role as an HRBP Manager in a global organization, preferred industrial company / mechanical/ machinery
• Experience in Business Operations, Org Development/Effectiveness, and/or Talent Management
• Excellent people management skills
• English proficiency
