Over 150,000 children with potential for excellence and who live in Israel’s socio-geographic periphery, do not have access to the support that would enable them to realize their capabilities. e4e provides a unique, in-depth, long-term, comprehensive socio-educational continuum, supporting the growth of participants into active and involved citizens.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Coordinator located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day market research, communication, customer service, and proposal writing in order to build and maintain sponsor relationships.

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Experience in market research and proposal writing
• Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector or education industry is a plus
