A fin-tech company is looking to hire a support agent for our team
Full-time job from our office in Raanana
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer problems and solutions
- Manage a large amount of tickets
- Answer to phone calls
- Provide accurate and valid info regarding the customer's pro
Requirements-
- At least 2 years in the Fintech/ financial industry- A Must!!!!!!!!
- At least 1 year as a support/customer success agent
- English at a mother tongue/ equivalent level
- Another language- big advantage
