Finout is looking for a Senior Product Manager who enjoys solving complex problems to join our small yet growing product team, to lead the company's core features, and create an intuitive and awesome experience for FinOps and DevOps.

This position is the ultimate combination of hands-on building cutting-edge features and strategic ownership of roadmap and product development for our applications. In order to succeed in Finout, a PM needs to love working with Engineering, sales, marketing, and especially amazing users.

Responsibilities:

• Craft unique user experiences for a cutting-edge cost observability product that will help customers with their critical jobs to be done
• Work with customers, users, and internal parties to truly understand, map, and prioritize customer and user needs
• Drive the product planning and design process to help translate the needs and vision into a solid product that performs, scales, and is easy to use
• Work closely with the product design team and with engineering to define product workflows and help make tradeoff decisions. Help communicate the product benefits and functionality to internal team members and outside parties
• Research and identify potential new product features and functions to drive user adoption, engagement and retention
• Gather input from customers, quantitative usage metrics, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and project plans for execution
• Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
• Oversee implementation and release workflows and deadlines.
• Create and maintain competitive and strategic analyses
  
  

• 3+ years of experience as a Product manager, with a proven background in SaaS B2B products
• Enjoys solving complex technical use cases with creativity and innovation while preserving our best in the market UX experience.
• Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and UI/UX Designers as part of a design process
• Excellent writing skills with ability to set clear user stories and achieve alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mover and shaker who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment with an ability to multitask and shift focus quickly
• You are customer obsessed! Interviewing customers and building innovative features is part of your DNA
• Good understanding of product-related processes, who can help define and fine-tune product lifecycle processes as the company grows
• Fluent or very proficient in English
