A bit about you:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA specialist to join our team and help us ensure the quality of our Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, IT environments (Operating systems, Networks, etc.) and is familiar with development and automation tools. As a QA specialist, you will work closely with our development and product team, build and execute test plans, create and maintain test cases, and also automate testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce the time required to identify defects.

• Collaborate with product owners and development team members to understand product requirements and ensure high quality standards
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases, and report defects in bug tracking tools
• Participate in agile development processes and provide input on testing-related tasks such as story refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Perform regression testing, system testing, and exploratory testing to ensure the quality of the product
• Ensure that test environments are set up correctly and test data is appropriate for the testing needs
• Continuously analyze and challenge existing testing coverage and testing processes by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices
• Communicate testing progress, test results, and any issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience with both on-prem/self-hosting and SaaS products
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira
• Experience working with DB and SQL queries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  
  

• Experience with programming (Python, Java or TypeScript) - big advantage
• Experience with test automation tools for desktop applications / IDEs and web browsers
