Director of Finance and controlling

For a global Company We are seeking a Director of Finance and controlling (5025)

This position is responsible for the preparation of all of the public documents to be filed with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Accurate preparation of the consolidation financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Provide ongoing leadership and guidance around new accounting standards and their successful implementation and lead the finance department and work closely with the regional managers.

Requirements:

Support strategic transactions and M&A activity.

CPA, public accounting experience from the Big 4

10-15 years related accounting and financial reporting.

SEC reporting experience.

Experience from a Global Manufacturing Company

Strong technical accounting skills

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley / internal control frameworks
