Product Manager

Successful tech company in the gaming industry, part of a group of companies focusing on developing, operating, and marketing interactive gaming platforms on the internet. A highly successful publicly traded company, their gaming applications are translated into 11 languages, serving customers in 80 different countries worldwide.

Role Description: Managing B2C products as part of a team, reporting to the Head of the Product team, handling Inbound & Outbound tasks, working in Agile and Scrum methodologies, responsible for PRD requirements, presentations, and serving as the Focal Point for development teams and various teams within the organization.

Located in the Sharon region, they operate within a flexible hybrid model, employing over 1400 employees globally, with approximately 600 in Israel.

Your Role:

• Responsible for the customer engagement product’s roadmap and vision

• Work closely with marketing managers to identify needs and gather requirements.

• Define high-level business requirements along with analyzing the business value of new features.

• Write detailed requirements, user stories & manage the scrum team backlog.

• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap, prioritize features and work plans derived from business cases.

• Lead product aspects across all project phases

• Plan effective user experience along with UX/UI designers.

• Work in full collaboration with the different organizational units (marketing, R&D, UX/UI designers, BI, and more)

• Post-launch analysis of features

Your Skills:

• 3 years experience as a Product Manager

• You have experience on the Internet and mobile technologies.

• You can communicate clearly and convey written and oral messages in English.

• You can work with numerous interfaces, matrix management, amicable assertiveness.

• You are business-oriented, data-driven with high analytical skills.
