Head of Organic Growth

What you'll do:

• Drive organic visitor growth for Demostack with a particular emphasis on SEO.
• You’ll be measured by organic growth and responsible for understanding trends, performance, and forecasting growth
• Deliver high-quality content for every type of asset such as website, surveys, blogs, video scripts, etc.
• Deliver SEO focused content at scale - leveraging ChatGPT is encouraged
• Ensure the index is healthy and crawls are efficient and focused on the highest value pages
• Leverage video content for Search Ranking 
• Write social media posts 
• Write customer stories and case studies 
• Write collaborative Thought leadership 
• Build and maintain excellent channel operations, overseeing data hygiene, funnel measurement, search rankings, keyword opportunities, content research, project tracking, team processes, and more.
• Leverage analytics tools like Ahrefs, HubSpot, and GA4

What an average week can look like 

• 3 blog posts to help us rank high on SERP 
• 4 social posts (30 minutes a day) 
• Collaborative content piece with Advisors (we have 20 of them) and Customers.
• Strategy and reporting 

About You:

• A really good writer 
• Passion for writing 
• Think out of the box
• Take responsibility and initiative
• Love product 
• Not afraid of leveraging tech 
• Bonus points if you have a technical sales background

Your experience 

• 4+ years of work experience in marketing
• Understanding or expertise in SEO
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes
