Operations Assistant

Responsible for carrying out operational tasks including purchasing and warehouse assistance. Ensuring Dip-Tech Machinery provides the best, top-quality logistic service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Purchasing process administration

o  Liaise with HQ purchasing department.

o  Communicate, negotiate, and follow up with suppliers.

o  Update and maintain related purchasing information in SAP

o  Processing returns and exchanges of defective products or RMA’s.

Warehouse assistance

o  Stock management: counting, receiving, organization, picking.

o  Shipping and packing

Qualifications

·        Degree in Business or Industrial management (advantage)

·        Knowledge of MS. Office tools and windows environment 

·        Knowledge in SAP - a major plus

·        English – Fluent writing and speaking.

·        Other languages – advantage

·        "Hands-on" and autodidact attitude
