Responsibilities
• Assessing potential business opportunities to business growth and evaluating strategic partnerships and M&A activities
• Research market conditions and developments: analyzing, assessing, and communicating of high-level business impacts and risks
• Lead transactions processes from A to Z, including due diligence, roadshow, Q&A etc.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams through various strategic processes including outside advisors, consultants, and senior management: communicate and present ongoing activities and long-term plans.
• Oversee financial and legal/regulation aspects of the process that support the assessment of various opportunities (M&A’s, tenders, markets).
Qualifications
• B.A in Economics or Accounting / MBA from a leading business school
• 3-4 years experience in Strategy/ M&A/ advisory positions
• Excellent MS Office skills (including Excel)
• Hebrew and English : Fluently spoken, read, written.
• Outstanding analytical and advisory skills, and commercial thinking
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver projects independently
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
• Quick decision-making skills and ability to multitask
