The Salesforce Business Analyst role at Guesty is a unique opportunity to join a professional, highly motivated, customer centric Information Systems team that is striving for excellence, here in Tel Aviv.

Our goal is to enable Guesty to continue its growth and maintain its leadership position in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Salesforce team
• Recommend, implement, and reiterate new and existing processes for the Customer Success department to improve team efficiencies
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and build Salesforce to facilitate the business needs
• Manage Salesforce implementation projects from start to end through all project lifecycle phases

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, permissions management, data modeling & architecture
• Expert in flows, understanding of APEX/VF and SOQL
• Business process oriented mindset
• Proven project management capabilities
• Self-driven and able to take direction and drive results, works well under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English
• Previous experience in a global company
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree

Advantage: familiarity with customer success processes and tools, experience with automation tools and integrations to/from Salesforce, knowledge in SQL
