Description

* Responsibility for user acquisition strategies: identifying potential customers, researching needs and preferences and developing strategies for purchasing the company’s services.

* Determination of KPIs, ongoing monitoring and data analysis.

* Optimizing the marketing funnel and maximizing ROI.

* Close work with marketing, product, development and management teams.

* Continuous monitoring and optimization of advertising for the purpose of improving conversion rates and effectiveness of advertising.

* Performing data analyzes and formulating insights (identifying trends, new growth opportunities or discrepancies)

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / International Business, Master’s degree - an advantage.

* In-depth understanding of marketing, at least 3 years of experience in the field as User Acquisition or in a similar position. Proven experience in successfully promoting user growth and optimizing campaigns.

* Excellent analytical ability! Experience in analyzing complex and large-scale data, reports and KPIs.

* Critical thinking, creativity, ability to identify problems and opportunities, present them and provide "outside the box" solutions.

* Ability to work independently and self-learn, ability to self-motivate, initiative and constant improvement.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with many interfaces.
