Job Description:

We are seeking a Japanese speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The role involves maintaining contact with international customers and coordinating with various departments to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include order management, monitoring shipments, handling complaints, and representing customer requirements within the organization. This is a full-time position in the company site at Migdal Tefen (Western Galilee), with occasional additional hours required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field

- Experience in import/export field (preferred)

- Fluent Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in information systems, customer service, and logistic-commercial processes

- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

- Service-oriented with high personal reliability

- Ability to meet customer requests promptly

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team

- Successful track record in customer service roles, familiarity with internal processes, and ability to advocate for customers
