User Experience Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our growing team and help us build cutting-edge solutions for data teams.

This is an opportunity to lead the entire design process, become the person in charge of the product’s look and feel, and build products that users love to use. We’re looking for someone who is able to take complex problems and turn them into elegant and easy-to-use solutions. What You’ll Do

• Lead the product design process from start to finish, including UX & UI design, wireframes, user flows, creating beautiful designs and working with our development team to get those executed.
• You’ll set the voice and tone of our products from the design standpoint.
• You’ll become the authority for everything related to product designs in the company.
• You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and our founders to develop.
• an easy-to-use, and exceptional user experience.
• You’ll take a front seat in the journey of a promising startup creating a new category.

What You’ll Bring

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your abilities — please send it with your resume.
• 4+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience working with users, asking questions and conducting user interviews to understand the hidden meanings in your user’s feedback
• Ability to take ownership of projects and lead them with confidence, assertiveness and
• independence.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Passion for great design and curiosity about the latest trends in the field and the products that demonstrate them.
• High level of written and spoken English.

Bonus Points

• Experience in designing tools for technical personas and teams (Developers, Data Analysts, etc.)
• Experience in designing data-related tools such as charts, visualizations, tables and others.
• Experience working with data and analytics tools to better understand adoption and usage.
