About the Job
As an HR Business Partner at Guardz, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources activities and supporting the overall organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, providing guidance on various HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- You will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing support for their day-to-day needs, including coaching managers.
- Promote Guardz's employer brand and enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide guidance and support in developing performance management programs to drive employee growth and development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
- Develop strategies to foster stronger connections and relationships among employees.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience in a fast face environment.
- Fluent English language skills - ability to operate freely in an English speaking environment.
- Experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide guidance to employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player comfortable in a fast paced start-up atmosphere.
