About the Job

As an HR Business Partner at Guardz, you will play a critical role in managing the human resources activities and supporting the overall organizational goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, providing guidance on various HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
3. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
4. You will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing support for their day-to-day needs, including coaching managers.
5. Promote Guardz's employer brand and enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
6. Provide guidance and support in developing performance management programs to drive employee growth and development.
7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
8. Develop strategies to foster stronger connections and relationships among employees.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience in a fast face environment.
2. Fluent English language skills - ability to operate freely in an English speaking environment.
3. Experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide guidance to employees at all levels.
5. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. A team player comfortable in a fast paced start-up atmosphere.
