We are seeking an accomplished HR Director to join our dynamic HR Department. As the HR Director for Israel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. You will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and cultural alignment. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure HR initiatives support the overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including employee engagement, culture development, and change management.
- Implement training and development programs to support the growth and skill development of employees.
- Identify and plan for future talent needs while developing the talent pipeline. Strengthen succession planning and talent readiness.
- Establish and monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on managing HR in a SaaS Start-Up. Including: Organizational Development, Employee relations, HR policies, HR operations, HR welfare
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a strategic HR partner, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
