As the HR Director for Israel, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure HR initiatives support the overall strategic direction of the organization.
  
  

• Foster positive employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  
  

• Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including employee engagement, culture development, and change management.
• Implement training and development programs to support the growth and skill development of employees.
• Identify and plan for future talent needs while developing the talent pipeline. Strengthen succession planning and talent readiness.
  
  

• Establish and monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  
  

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on managing HR in a SaaS Start-Up. Including: Organizational Development, Employee relations, HR policies, HR operations, HR welfare
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a people manager
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a strategic HR partner, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
