QA Automation Team Lead

As QA Automation Team Lead, you will work with great people, in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Professionally, you will significantly impact the QA team's decision-making process, building your own workflow. This is a unique opportunity - we are building new product lines from scratch. You will develop and maintain automated testing processes for our SaaS products. This includes creating tests plans & tests that validate the correctness of our applications from both functional and non-functional perspectives across multiple browsers and platforms. You'll also create new automation frameworks for testing new features as they're being built.

You will:

• Automate the process as much as possible by developing automation suites that provide high coverage, parallelism and are easy to maintain.
• Work in an agile development process, utilizing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment to reduce risks and solve bugs as early as possible.
• Conduct system-level and component-level tests.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to define test plans.

You have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as QA Automation Engineer (i.e. coding in a programming or scripting language, e.g. Java, Node.JS, etc.)
• Have 2 years of experience in leading QA as a technical leader or as a manager
• Solid experience scripting/programming with Javascript
• Solid knowledge & experience in Test Automation Tools with Cypress Cucumber
• Fluent English
• Experience in functional, UI, and data validation testing
• Developing automatic and manual testing tools (Windows, Linux, Web-based)
• Experience with a defect tracking system (Jira)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
