Product Manager

Check Point is looking for an outstanding Product Manager for the Cloud Network Cyber security area.

In this role, you will be leading container security product offerings. Using data, customer feedback, and market research you will be responsible for understanding the customer needs and will use this to define and drive container security offerings forward. Strong customer focus, and excellent communication skills both with customers and R&D including the ability to translate customers into clear requirements.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will:

• Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing engagement with the field
• Understand the competitive market and seek to emphasize our advantage
• Monitor and understand the ongoing K8s changes and help to innovate K8s security
• Help to define new container security features and fine-tune existing ones
• Work closely with our engineering and go-to-market teams providing detailed requirements and guidance
• Develop, manage, and communicate the product requirements and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders

Your Knowledge & Skills

• 3+ years in product management roles, in either cyber security or related industries such as networking or IT/Cloud infrastructure
• Strong technical background in software architecture and enterprise software products
• Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
• Experience in driving products through a matrix of R&D, Sales, Marketing, Support, Executive, and Customer stakeholders
• Understanding and experience implementing products using Agile methodologies
• Experience in supporting Pre-Sales activities and customer accounts/engagements
• Computer Science or Engineering degree and/or work experience as a software developer and team/project leader

• Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to cross-functional teams
• Ability to drive the definition of complex projects in a large organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
