In 2021, we launched IGANI Academy in Israel to empower youths aged 17-21 with technology skills, particularly in the southern district. In response to the challenging circumstances and the need for community support, IGANI Academy is stepping up its efforts by teaming with major organizations and gathering volunteers.

Role Description

In these trying times, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist who can help us amplify our message of hope and empowerment. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our community's current needs, with a focus on digital outreach through social media, PR, and more.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships in the context of community support.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events that reflect our commitment to aiding those affected by the current situation.
• Create meaningful online and offline marketing content that echoes our response to the crisis.
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive community engagement and support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in crisis or community-focused campaigns.
• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that connect with a diverse audience.
• Experience in managing social media and PR in sensitive contexts.
