Pivot Search is hiring for an innovative organisation within the Medical Device field.
We are searching for an R&D Director to join their team in Israel to help support the ongoing expansion of their current neuro driven portfolio. There will be the opportunity for you to wear multiple hats, lead a team as well as utilising your technical skills by being hands-on with the ongoing projects.
This role provides a great pathway for you to develop your career in a fast-paced environment, given you an opportunity to work up close with industry leaders in the space.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have industry experience with a particular focus on Class III implantables.
- Mechanical & Material background is desired.
- 3+ Years of Management experience preferred.
- 5+ Years of Industry experience is preferred.
- Experience working within a start-up environment.
