Technical Writer

GK8 provides technological solutions for the secure custody of digital cryptographic financial assets. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our innovative financial technology solutions and blockchain-based platforms. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation will be essential to the success of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, release notes, developer guides, and white papers that effectively communicate complex concepts related to our fintech and blockchain products. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documentation *END TO END*.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand the needs of our target audience. Create user-focused documentation that guides users through the functionalities, features, and best practices of our fintech and blockchain solutions.
• Continuously review and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, industry best practices, and evolving product features. Ensure documentation aligns with the latest product updates and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and customer support, to gather information and ensure documentation meets their needs and aligns with company standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience of our documentation, such as implementing interactive elements, visual aids, and multimedia content.
• Support in creating content for technical marketing documents, for example white papers and more.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the fintech, Cyber, blockchain, or related technology domains.
• Proficiency in understanding and documenting complex technical concepts, APIs, SDKs, and software development practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to write in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct manner.
• Native English speaker - a must
• Proficiency in using industry-standard documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or other similar platforms. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Proven experience working closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and deliver high-quality documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving fintech and blockchain industry.
